Announcing the Christening Book! *PLUS AWESOME SUPRISE COMING*

Happy Friday Everyone!! First off, THANK YOU to all my followers, I know we are going to have so much fun here! Second, since no one had any suggestions I am pleased to announce that our opening review will be of Alma Katsu's books "The Taker" and "The Redemption". They are the first two books of a trilogy. The bad news is that I can not post the review until I get back from Africa. Between my new job and final prep to leave there just isn't enough time to put out the best review I am capable of, and I do not believe in doing a half-cracked job! So keep an eye out for this review in August!!
Also, I am currently working on my first giveaway!!! Woo-Hoo! I am still working out the dets of the prize but entering will be really simple...ya'll ready for this? August 1 I will take the names of all my followers and put them in a hat and my 8 year old will pull out the winner! So all you have to do is follow! How easy-peasy is that. Plus I am trying to figure out some ways that my followers can earn extra entries so keep an eye out for the OFFICAL ANNOUNCEMENT with all the final details!

What Book should be my debut review?

Ok, so I am going on a mission trip to Africa next month and I would love to get my first review up before I leave. However I want this first review to be AWESOME! So I am going to do it right and put it up when its ready. What I am wondering is WHAT BOOK SHOULD BE GRACED WITH BEING THE FIRST?? So I am going to see if anyone has any suggestions. Please leave a comment with your pick for the book that christens this blog. I can't wait to see what everyone suggests!

Hi Everyone! I am Sarah. I am a wife, mom, writer, reader, actor, and all the jobs that come with wife/mom titles! I don't like to really classify myself into any more specific categories because I just don't fit into them. I am 100% one of a kind, unique, somewhat crazy, and I love it. I wouldn't have it any other way! I love Backstreet Boys and still like Eminem, I love gardens and the beach but you will probably never get me camping, I read every genre and will give just about any book a chance and I will be honest without trashing or being mean. Just because I didn't care for it, doesn't mean that it won't be a best seller and isnt for someone else.
I will be posting reviews of books here mainly with some total randomness thrown in to keep it more lively, and hey it wouldn't be my blog if I didn't! I am looking forward to getting to know any followers I may get and for you to get a chance to get to know me and hopefully some really cool authors and other people along the way!
This is my first blog and my first time doing something like this so please bear with me as I learn my way around.
